2. Using the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you must not:

The Website describes our apartments, amenities, prices and floor plans for general information. Images, computer-generated renders, floor plans and "from" prices are illustrative and indicative. They may change without notice, and we do not guarantee that any apartment is available. Nothing on the Website is an offer capable of acceptance, or a contract for the sale or lease of any apartment.
4. Enquiries and visits
When you send an enquiry or request a visit, you are asking us to contact you. It does not oblige you or us to go any further. We aim to reply promptly, but we cannot guarantee a response time or that the visit date you ask for is available.
5. Reservations and purchases
An apartment is reserved, sold or leased only under a separate written agreement signed by you and by us. Payments count only when they are made as that agreement sets out and we confirm them in writing. Before you transfer any money, please confirm the payment details with us directly, by phone or in person. Do not rely on the Website, or on a message that claims to come from us, alone.
6. Intellectual property
The content of the Website, including its text, photographs, renders, logos and design, belongs to us or to those who license it to us, and is protected by law. You may view it and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, sell or otherwise use it without our written permission.

The Website may link to other websites and services, such as Google Maps and social media. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
